Class structure


Most of our classes are structured in rolling six-week blocks, allowing for a friendly, consistent, supportive environment. As there are only nine available spaces per class, individual places can only be confirmed with non-refundable, advance payment for the whole course or in the event of a block having started, the remaining sessions of the block.

If a particular class/course is not fully booked by the time it starts, remaining places can still be booked and paid for online, once the block has started. In this case, students pay the standard rate for the remaining number of weeks left in the course.

Space allowing, students are very welcome to try out a class before committing to book a block (please email us in advance to book a trial place in up to three available weekly classes of either 60 or 75 minutes' length). It is not possible to offer an ongoing drop-in option for classes.

Payment and YATM membership


We accept pre-payment of classes by credit card/debit card and direct debit. To book a class, intensive course or workshop by credit/debit card please click the event's 'book now' button.

Becoming a member of Yoga at the Mill is a popular option for those wishing to attend a class on a rolling basis. Benefits to the student are numerous, including automatic re-booking onto the class(es) of your choice; a cheaper rate; the option to make up two classes in any six-week block (instead of one - both with advanced notice); and a free yearly workshop. Payment for members is via direct debit, and repeats in line with the scheduled class. Once a direct debit is set up, additional workshops or classes can be added by contacting us.
