Our next Mindfulness Foundation courses will run across Wednesday afternoons and Thursday evenings - see below. Our next eight-week mindfulness course, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, will run in early 2019 (please scroll down to Saturday for details).

Silent Mindfulness Day Retreats 

Our popular mindfulness day retreats are a golden opportunity to spend an uninterrupted break from 'to do' lists and busy schedules, to take care of yourself in a safe, quiet space. These small group day retreats are intended to nourish mind and body, and are equally suitable for beginners to mindfulness as well as those with previous experience.
