Lunch-time Meditation (for charity)

Take time out for yourself with this calming 30-minute drop-in class. All welcome.

Please note: this class will run weekly all the way through the summer months. 

All profits go straight to our animal rescue partners in Greece, where the situation for cats and dogs is often desperate. Donations for July and August go to the charity Phoenix Trust. Drop-in only; bring friends, colleagues - no experience needed or expected. Please come as you are, but with the donation in correct (cash) money.
