Our approach

These sessions are more gentle than our standard Beginners' Yoga classes, and are for you if you are seeking a soft, highly accessible approach.

May also be suitable if you are working with certain physical limitations (chairs will be available) or recovering from ill-health. If this is the case, please email us to discuss.

In addition to exploring gentle aspects of a physical yoga practice, these accessible and restoring classes will include other important aspects of yoga: breathwork, mindfulness and, of course, relaxation – adding up to a powerful tonic for body, mind and soul.

Class structure

Sessions include a mix of gentle movement, breathwork and relaxation. It may be that, in time, you decide to move onto a stronger beginners' yoga class – or perhaps this gentle format is exactly what you need.

We run two weekly Yoga Gently classes. Currently, these are:

Tuesdays 8.30-9.30pm with Lisa

Saturdays 10.05-11.05am with Sarah

What do I need?

To have dowloaded the Zoom app.

Ideally a yoga mat, though this is not entirely necessary.

We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothes.
