Is it for me?These classes are for you if you are brand new to yoga, or are looking for a very soft, mindful approach. They may also be suitable if you are living with physical limitations or a recovering from a health problem (please email us first to check suitability).
Why take a Yoga Gently class with us?
In addition to exploring gentle expressions of a physical yoga practice, these accessible and restoring classes will include other important aspects of yoga: breathwork, mindfulness and, of course, relaxation – adding up to a powerful tonic for body, mind and soul.
Sessions include a mix of gentle movement, breathwork and relaxation.
Classes run as rolling six-week blocks. Most people re-book after the block finishes, or sign up for membership, meaning you are automatically booked onto the class of your choice on an ongoing basis (in addition to receiving a discount on the price, a free yearly workshop and the option to – with advance notice - make up two sessions in any six-week block).
It may be that, in time, you decide to move onto a stronger beginners' yoga class – or perhaps this gentle format is exactly what you need.
