Is it for me?
These classes are for you if you are brand new to yoga, or are looking for a very soft, mindful approach. They may also be suitable if you are living with physical limitations or a recovering from a health problem (please email us first to check suitability).Why take a Yoga Gently class with us?
We have been noticing a growing trend for a very gentle approach to yoga and are delighted to be offering this in our prime Monday morning and Saturday mid-morning slots.
These weekly sessions are more gentle than our standard beginners' yoga classes, and may be suitable if you are working with certain physical limitations (chairs will be available). If this is the case, please email us to discuss suitability.
In addition to exploring gentle expressions of a physical yoga practice, these accessible and restoring classes will include other important aspects of yoga: breathwork, mindfulness and, of course, relaxation – adding up to a powerful tonic for body, mind and soul.

Our popular Yoga Gently classes run on Mondays (9.30-10.30am) with Lisa and Saturdays 10.05-11.05am with Sarah S.

What shall I bring?
All equipment is provided for you, so there's no need to bring your own mat, blanket, bolster or block - we have everything you will need. :)We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothes.
