New Year Replenish and Regenerate Workshop for all

Is it for me?

A gentle, soul-soothing New Year yoga and mindfulness workshop, suitable for complete yoga beginners as well as those more experienced.

Why take a New Year R&R workshop with us?

Are you feeling a little low in mood or energy, and looking for some time out and rest after a hectic Christmas? Then we invite you to a reviving New Year treat, held on the afternoon of January 13, 2018. Max nine spaces. Please note: we are also running a New Year Candlelit Mindfulness Evening for charity, to be held on Thursday January 11, 2018.

We can feel the pressure for January to be a time of new beginnings, yet coaxing ourselves out of hibernation at the darkest, coldest time of year can feel a real challenge.

We would love you to join Lucia for a soothing, revitalising 90-minute yoga and mindfulness session, suitable for beginners as well as those with an established practice.

Our afternoon of pausing will blend gentle, breath-led movement with long-held Restorative Yoga postures. We'll employ the help of lavender eye pillows, blankets and bolsters (all provided) to ease body and mind towards support and deep rest.

We'll keep a gentle, mindful awareness at the heart of the afternoon, and will include some centering , accessible mindfulness practices to help body and mind find a sense of stillness and ease.

A golden opportunity for reflection, rest and self-care, at a time when, if following our natural biorhythms, we would be curled up in retreat from the world, waiting for the longer days and fresh energy of spring to bring us back out into the world.
