There are two ways of making a booking at Yoga at the Mill:

  2. Classes, courses and workshops can easily be booked via our simple online booking system. Just scroll down this page to find the event(s) you wish to join and click the associated 'Book now' button, which will take you through the booking process.

  3. YatM Membership

Specialist courses

We run a number of specialist courses throughout the year, some of which are unique to Yoga at the Mill. As always, these are taught be highly trained, experienced teachers. Specialist courses, including our popular, highly regarded Complete Beginners Yoga courses, typically run over four weeks and aim to cover a specific subject matter in depth. They are therapeutic in nature and are always formed of small groups.
