How to book

Taster classes: if you are unsure which class to book, please email us at hello@yogaatthemill.co.uk to book £10 taster sessions in up to three different weekly yoga classes. It's the best way to see if a particular class, and teacher's approach, is for you! Otherwise, there are two main options:

  2. Classes, courses and workshops can easily be booked via our simple online booking system. Scroll down this page to find the event(s) you wish to join and click the associated 'Book now' button, which will take you through the booking process. Please note: space permitting, you do not need to wait for the start of a new six-week block to book a place - book to start at any time, paying for only the sessions you book.

We run a number of specialist courses throughout the year, some of which are unique to Yoga at the Mill. As always, these are taught by highly trained, experienced teachers. Specialist courses, including our popular, highly regarded Complete Beginners Yoga courses, typically run over four weeks and aims to cover a specific subject matter in depth. They are therapeutic in nature and are always formed of small groups.

A thorough, highly accessible four-week course for complete yoga beginners with no previous experience. Learn the essential yoga basics from the ground up, in a friendly, supportive small group environment.

Yoga for the Menopause

Hot flushes, fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, mood swings – around 50% of women suffer from these symptoms, and others, during the perimenopause and menopause.

Yoga has been shown to help alleviate some of the worst of these - helping us maintain a healthy hormonal balance, retain a strong and flexible body, and maintain bone density. Also, by keeping us relaxed and feeling in balance.
